Pesto Pizza / Pita Pizza
First thing I would like to confess here is that I am an ardent Pizza fan. I have still not decided between deep dish, New York style or a regular crust. But I sure do have a favorite sauce that I like the most on my Pizza, and that is Basil Pesto. For a pizza lover, Basil Pesto pizza is the best pizza I have ever had. If you have pesto already made at home or store bought, making pesto pizza takes about 10 minutes. This is the most go to recipe for quick lunch / dinner / snack. I have used pita bread (whole wheat) as pizza crust for this recipe. But you can use any pizza crust you like. This is the fastest and most delicious way to satisfy your pizza craving.
