How to make Oreo Fudge Layered Brownie?

To make Oreo-Chocolate Fudge Layered Brownie, you first need to follow the below given brownie recipe. Once the brownie is baked, you need to let the brownie cool down. Then follow our recipe of making chocolate fudge or Oreo-chocolate fudge. In the end, combine both the dessert as per the directions of this recipe and the most delicious Oreo-Chocolate Fudge Layered Brownie will be ready to eat.

 

Step 1 – Eggless Brownie Recipe

Preparation Time – 10 -15 minutes

Cooking / Baking Time – 20 – 25 minutes

Quantity – about 20 servings 

 

Necessary Ingredients

  • 2 cup of semisweet chocolate chips or chunks 
  • 1 and 1/2 cups regular sugar or brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup of unsalted butter
  • 2 and 1/2 cups of full fat plain yogurt or Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 cup of cocoa powder

 

Recipe

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F (180C).
  • Grease the baking pan of your choice with melted butter or your cooking oil. Line it with parchment paper.

  • Melt about 1 cup of chocolate and butter together on stove or in microwave and set it aside to cool a little bit for about 2-3 minutes. 
  • To this; add sugar, vanilla extract, and yogurt. Mix and combine all the ingredients well.
  • Now to the above mix; add sieved flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix everything well.
  • Add remaining chocolate chips to the batter and mix it well. Batter will stay thick.

  • Spread the batter in the greased and lined pan evenly. 
  • Bake the brownies for 20 – 25 minutes. Keep an eye, do not overbake. Peirce the fork in the middle of the brownie, if it comes out clean then it means brownie is baked and ready.

  • Let the brownie cool completely for at least 30 minutes.

 

Step 2 – Oreo-Chocolate Fudge Recipe

Cooking  – 5 – 10 minutes

Refrigeration time – 5 – 6 hours (or refrigerate overnight)

Quantity – about 20 servings 

 

Necessary Ingredients

  • 14 ounce or 396 gram (about 400 grams) of Condensed Milk
  • 12 ounce or 340 gram (about 300 – 350 grams) of Chocolate or Chocolate pieces or Chocolate Morsels (Dark, Sweet, Semi sweet, or Milk Chocolate – your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 10 – 20 Oreos chopped or semi crushed

 

Recipe

  • Take Oreo crackers and chop them with knives into small pieces. 
  • Take a medium sized non stick pan.

  • On a medium flame / heat; add condensed milk, butter, and chocolate pieces or morsels of your choice to the pan and keep stirring.

  • Do not stop stirring until the chocolate pieces melts and completely dissolves in the condensed milk. It will take about 4 – 5 minutes. It should be like steps 1, 2, 3, and 4 in the above picture.

  • Once the chocolate dissolves in the condensed milk, it looks like a thick liquid chocolate fudge as shown in the above picture. It should look smooth, thick, and creamy.

  • Now add the chopped Oreos to the thick liquid fudge and mix it well.

 

Step 3 – Oreo-Chocolate Fudge layered Brownie

  • Once the brownie is cooled down, let it be in the brownie pan.

  • Once the Oreo-Chocolate fudge is ready, pour it on the top of brownie evenly. Even it out properly with the flat spatula. Put some extra chopped Oreo pieces or chocolate chips on the top of this layer.
  • Refrigerate the fudge layered brownie for at least 5-6 hours or overnight.

  • Once it is set, lift fudge brownie out of the pan with the help of parchment paper gently. Peel off the parchment paper and cut the fudge brownie into nice even  pieces with the help of a sharp knife.

  • Scrumptious Oreo-Chocolate fudge layered brownie is ready to eat and serve. You can store it in air tight container for 10 days. Devour it all at once or enjoy it everyday with your family it is up to you. Enjoy!!
